Two or more Festival/Event organizers and communities/destinations (e.g. city/municipal staff, community champions etc.) are good choices to complete this self-assessment. Tip: Staff members on the front line with visitors will have a particularly good perspective to bring to the discussion.
It is best to assess only one (1) Festival/Event at a time. Consider assessing the Festival/Event during the organizing period (as a type of 'checklist tool') and then again after the event, to ensure a true reflection of the Festival/Event.
